Finance Officer

• Manage day-to-day financial operations including payments, receipts and petty cash
• Prepare and maintain accurate books of accounts and supporting documentation
• Support budget preparation, monitoring and variance analysis
• Prepare financial reports for management and donors
• Support internal and external audits and implement audit recommendations
• Ensure compliance with donor requirements and organisational financial policies
• Process statutory deductions and maintain tax compliance records

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
• CPA or ACCA qualification
• 3 or more years of financial management experience, preferably in the NGO sector

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong bookkeeping and financial reporting skills
• Knowledge of donor financial compliance requirements
• Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheets
• High integrity and attention to detail
