Job Description
Position: Field Technician
Reports To: Project Manager
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Provide the necessary after sales service and maintenance for customers
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for solar installations.
Conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure system efficiency.
Educate customers on the use and benefits of their solar systems.
Keep accurate records of after sales service and maintenance.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications:
Technical diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
2+ years of experience in installation and maintenance of solar systems or similar technology.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
