Job Description
Raising The Village (RTV) is seeking a dedicated Field Supervisor to oversee the implementation of community-led development projects. The successful candidate will lead field teams and work closely with rural communities to drive sustainable poverty reduction initiatives.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise field teams in project execution and monitoring to ensure quality standards.
- Collaborate with community leaders and local government to identify and implement development solutions.
- Ensure timely data collection and reporting for all field activities.
- Provide technical guidance, coaching, and support to field officers.
- Manage project resources and budgets at the field level efficiently.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure impact goals are met.
