Field Sales Representatives - Healthcare

• Identify, develop and manage business accounts across pharmacies, hospitals and physiotherapy clinics
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and grow sales within assigned territories
• Conduct product demonstrations and activations to promote healthcare products and increase awareness
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers in the healthcare sector
• Follow up on customer orders to ensure timely processing, delivery and customer satisfaction
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on collections in line with company requirements
• Maintain accurate customer visit records and sales activities in the CRM system
• Prepare and submit weekly sales reports detailing customer visits, new accounts, sales activity and progress against targets

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or degree in a relevant field
• At least two years of experience in medical, pharmaceutical or healthcare-product sales
• Demonstrated experience acquiring and developing new customer accounts
• A valid driving licence
• A physiotherapy or clinical background will be an added advantage
