Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Enrol eligible recipients into cash transfer programmes following programme criteria.
- Conduct household surveys and verify recipient information.
- Support recipients through registration, payment and follow-up stages.
- Maintain accurate data records using mobile data collection tools.
- Engage community leaders and explain programme rules clearly.
- Report field issues and safeguarding concerns promptly.
- Uphold data protection and confidentiality standards.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or degree in a related field.
- Experience in field data collection, community work or enumeration is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel and work in rural communities.
