CSBAG seeks to recruit 1 Field Officer Alebtong. He/she will provide support to the organization.
A Field Officer is a professional who specializes in managing and monitoring the field operations of a particular organization. The Field Officer will be responsible for overseeing staff in remote locations, making sure that all operations are running at peak efficiency and according to plan.

How to Apply
Qualifications:
Possess a Bachelors Degree or its equivalent in Development Studies or similar study areas.
A minimum of at least 2 years experience working in community-based advocacy programs
Experience in community training and mobilization is an added advantage.
Possess exceptional interpersonal skills, including relationship building, presentation skills, and partnership development between CSOs and Government.
Ability to undertake local government budget analysis and performance assessments.
Fluency in English and the local language (A must).
Good computer skills in Windows environment, knowledge of internet communications and Microsoft Office applications.
The Applicant should be a resident of ALEBTONG district.
