Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Teach Physical Education to female students across the secondary school.
- Plan and deliver a broad sports and fitness programme including games, athletics and health education.
- Coach school teams and organise inter-house and inter-school competitions.
- Assess students against the PE curriculum and report on progress.
- Ensure safety, equipment care and proper supervision during all activities.
- Promote healthy lifestyles and participation among all learners.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science or Education with a PE specialism.
- Teaching qualification or proven school coaching experience.
Skills & Competencies:
- Energy and enthusiasm for sport.
- Coachability and organisation of events.
- Strong communication with students and parents.
