Facilities Coordinator

• Coordinate procurement of goods, services and works in line with approved budgets and organisational policies
• Review purchase requests, prepare RFQs, RFPs and purchase orders, and support supplier evaluation
• Conduct market research, negotiate competitive prices and monitor supplier performance
• Coordinate transportation, deliveries, dispatches and logistics for field activities and events
• Oversee receipt, inspection, recording, storage and issuance of stock and supplies
• Maintain stock registers, conduct periodic counts and reconciliations, and apply FIFO and FEFO procedures
• Maintain an up-to-date asset register covering tagging, allocation, transfers, maintenance and disposal
• Manage fleet, warehouse and office administration while ensuring compliance and value for money

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field
• Five or more years of relevant experience in procurement, logistics, facilities or operations management
• Experience with asset registers, fleet management and warehouse operations
• Strong knowledge of procurement regulations and donor compliance requirements

• Ability to travel frequently to field locations
