Job Description
Interns will handle coordination duties, assist in preparing presentations, maintain executive schedules, and support official correspondence. They’ll work closely with executive assistants and administrative professionals.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Prepare executive summaries and reports
Maintain meeting minutes and schedules
Support event and meeting coordination
Handle official communication
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Pursuing degree in Office Management, Administration, or Business
High level of confidentiality
Excellent organization and writing skills
Microsoft Office proficiency
