The Executive Chef is responsible for the overall culinary operations of the hotel, including kitchen management, menu development, food cost control, and team leadership. The role ensures that all food served meets Sarovar’s standards of taste, presentation, hygiene, and guest satisfaction across all dining outlets, banquets, and in-room dining.
