Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma in Nursing, Primary Healthcare, Community Health, Clinical Medicine, Education, Social Work, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Records Management, or related fields.

• Added advantage: Knowledge and experience in HIV/AIDS interventions, counseling, child development, project planning, and basic accounting.

2. Job Title: Child Development Officer – Home-Based Programming

Vacancies: 1 Position

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Community Health, Nutrition, Education, or Social Work–related disciplines.

• High integrity, confidentiality, and strong social skills; trustworthy with non-intrusive personalities.

• Advantageous: Knowledge of Early Childhood Development (CED), GOBIFF components, and maternal-child health intervention programs.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL APPLICANTS

• A mature, born-again Christian with a sound testimony, who models Christ in word, deed, and lifestyle.

• Actively involved in church ministry.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit, and self-initiative.

• Strong computer literacy.

• Ability to apply and adapt accounting procedures to varied financial scenarios.

• Good written and verbal communication skills; intermediate English ability preferred.

• Professional representation of the church in all settings.

• Capacity to build partnerships, alliances, and networks.

• Skills in project planning, budgeting, proposal writing, and financial management are an added advantage.

• At least 2–3 years of managerial experience.

• Age: 25–35 years
