Dr. Ambrosoli Memorial Hospital Kalongo is a PNFP located in Agago, Northern Uganda. The Hospital is an Equal Opportunity Employer and hereby invites suitably qualified applicants for job opening for recruitment on replacement basis as herein
Patient Care:
Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
Provide basic nursing care, including wound care, administering medications, and monitoring vital signs.
Assist patients with mobility and physical exercises.
Clinical Tasks:
Collect specimens for medical tests (e.g., blood, urine).
Administer injections and medications as prescribed.
Prepare patients for medical procedures and assist during examinations.
Monitoring and Reporting:
Observe and report changes in patients' conditions to RNs and physicians.
Record patient information accurately in medical charts.
Monitor patients' responses to treatments and medications.

Education:
Completion of an accredited diploma or certificate program in practical or vocational nursing.
Basic education requirements typically include a high school diploma or equivalent.
Licensure and Certification:
Successful completion of the relevant licensing examination (e.g., NCLEX-PN in the United States).
Registration with the appropriate nursing regulatory body.
Clinical Experience:
Practical experience gained through supervised clinical placements during the nursing program.
Ongoing clinical practice to maintain and enhance skills.
