Job Description
The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for planning and executing preventive and corrective electrical maintenance for medium and low voltage systems, transformers, generators, PLCs, automation systems, and instrumentation equipment. The role includes conducting system inspections, minimizing plant downtime, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The engineer will collaborate with production and mechanical teams to deliver operational excellence, manage electrical spare parts (SAP-based), support installation and upgrade projects, and prepare periodic maintenance reports. The role also involves coaching maintenance staff and ensuring adherence to Knauf engineering standards.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Experience
Minimum 1 year experience in an industrial/manufacturing electrical engineering role
Competencies
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, automation and controls
Skilled in troubleshooting industrial electrical equipment
Proficiency in AutoCAD and related electrical design tools
Familiarity with SAP for spare parts and maintenance tracking
