Job Description
Job Tittle: Electrical Engineer
Exquisite Solution Limited, a leading HR recruitment and management company, is looking for a skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer to join our client’s dynamic team in the oil and gas sector. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of electrical systems, with a strong emphasis on motor-driven systems, including their design, maintenance and troubleshooting. This role also involves ensuring the safe and efficient operation of electrical equipment while supporting motor-related projects and ongoing maintenance activities
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain electrical systems and components, focusing on motor-driven equipment.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical motors, drives, and related systems to ensure optimal functionality.
Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on motors and motor control systems.
Work closely with mechanical engineers to ensure proper integration of motors within mechanical systems.
Support the installation, commissioning, and testing of new electrical motor systems and equipment.
Review motor performance data and recommend improvements or upgrades.
Develop and maintain electrical schematics, diagrams, and system documentation.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, regulations, and industry best practices for motor systems.
Provide technical support and training on motor systems to internal teams.
Assist with project planning, cost estimation, and resource management for motor system-related projects.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
Hands-on experience with electrical motors, motor control systems, and related equipment.
Knowledge of motor theory, design, and troubleshooting techniques.
Experience with VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) systems and motor protection devices.
Understanding of electrical codes, safety standards, and regulations.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
