Description (Public)
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Strategic Education Advisors, Education Advisors and MERL Advisors to guarantee the quality, coherence and scalability of YES Green CPDs and education solutions.
- Offer technical advice, guidance and support to CPD providers to realise educational change processes supported by YES Green.
- Adjust the approach to the needs of the partner and to particular situations and phases of the project.
- Co-create high-quality teaching and learning support materials together with users, including teachers and world of work actors.
- Ensure materials are appropriate for the context and target learners, aligned with the curriculum and the three YES Green education solutions.
- Contribute to planning, budgeting, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of YES Green.
- Keep abreast of developments and research in the domain and share new insights with colleagues and partners.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree in Education, Human Sciences or another relevant field, or equivalent through proven professional experience.
- At least three years of proven experience in teacher professional development, content development, blended delivery, quality assurance and accreditation for secondary education or TVET.
- Knowledge of and practical familiarity with the YES Green education solutions.
- Experience with blended CPD delivery and co-creation of teaching and learning support materials.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration platforms.
- Curious, self-motivated and disciplined.
