E-commerce Intern

The E-commerce Intern supports day to day online store operations at African Originals, coordinating orders, product listings and digital marketing activities.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

Support daily e-commerce operations and online order management
Update product listings and stock information on online platforms
Coordinate order fulfilment with logistics and warehouse teams
Assist digital marketing activities to drive online sales
Prepare simple reports on online orders and customer activity

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

Bachelor's degree in E-commerce, Business, Marketing or a related field
Basic understanding of e-commerce operations, platforms and online order management
Strong organisational, analytical and communication skills
Ability to multitask, solve problems and meet deadlines
Proficiency in digital marketing is an added advantage
