Transport bank staff and documents and ensure proper management of the vehicle allocated in line with bank Vehicle Management Policy

Ensure timely conveyance of staff and documents to and from places as instructed by the Supervisor or Management
Carry out routine checks on vehicle allocated and ensure that it is in sound mechanical condition
Recognise mechanical faults and immediately report them to the Senior Administration Officer
Report any instance of mishap or accident immediately to the Supervisor
Keep a travel log / mileage register to record all areas travelled to and travel time
Ensure periodic maintenance and routine service is done at an appropriate time as well as fuelling the vehicle
Ensure that the vehicle is kept perfect and clean all times by washing both the inside and outside of the vehicle
Adhere to the Vehicle Management Policy at all times
Ensure that the vehicle is parked immediately after work and at gazetted places 10. Submit a weekly travel log to the line Supervisor
Any other duties that might be assigned.
Person Specifications
Qualifications
O-level certificate
Sufficient knowledge of traffic laws
Must possess a valid driver’s license(At least Class B)
Certificate in Defensive driving – Added advantage
Experience
3 years’ driving experience with the capacity to handle both manual and automatic transmission vehicle.
Behavioral competencies
Good communication skills
A clean driving record
Must be a safety conscious person
Must be focused, confident and observant
Good inter-personal skills
