Job Description
This role entails administering and processing warranty claims, managing warranty documentation, and coordinating with internal departments and manufacturers to ensure timely and accurate submissions. The administrator will also manage warranty stock materials, coordinate parts/fuel recovery processes, and prepare reports and service pricing. The position plays a crucial role in supporting the quality and effectiveness of after-sales service delivery, specifically for Toyota and Suzuki vehicles.

How to Apply
Administer warranty and Special Service Campaigns (SSCs) as per manufacturer procedures
Submit Toyota & Suzuki warranty claims within specified timeframes on relevant platforms (OASIS & SCAN)
Maintain accurate warranty documentation and records
Coordinate with the Finance Credit Department for claim settlements
Manage stock of warranty-related materials (booklets, parts tags, flat rate manuals)
Handle parts/fuel recovery and return processes to manufacturers
Prepare service menu pricing, maintenance plan pricing, and submit for approval
Maintain an up-to-date Service Plan Database
Update internal service pricing such as Pre-Delivery Inspections and Free Services
Generate and submit management reports as required
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering
Experience & Skills:
Minimum of 2 years in the automotive industry, preferably in a workshop
Knowledge of Toyota and Suzuki vehicles
Familiarity with manufacturer warranty policies and procedures
Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork orientation
Behavioral Attributes:
Strong relationship-building skills

Results-driven and takes ownership of responsibilities
