Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan dispatch and transport schedules for grain movement.
- Coordinate the company fleet and third-party transporters.
- Track trucks and manage trip documentation.
- Monitor delivery performance, costs, safety and compliance.
- Liaise with field harvest, plant reception and storage teams to align dispatch with intake and delivery needs.
- Ensure deliveries are completed on time and fully documented.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transport Management or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in dispatch or grain logistics, with large-scale agriculture or bulk cargo preferred.
- Proven experience in fleet coordination.
