The Direct Sales Representative obtains new business for savings and loans through direct selling and bank product campaigns, keeping customers informed and advised about FINCA products.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

Present, market and cross-sell all FINCA products to potential clients using approved promotional tools.
Train customers on FINCA Uganda services and products.
Establish, develop and maintain positive client relationships.
Perform cold calling and door-to-door sales.
Analyse the potential of the territory market and keep track of sales and progress reports.
Resolve customer queries, enquiries and complaints as per the complaints management process.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

Qualifications & Experience:

A diploma or bachelor's degree in education or any business-related discipline from a recognised institution.
Fluency in English and one or two local languages.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
