Digital Marketer

The Digital Marketer plans and executes digital marketing campaigns to grow the BlinkBuy platform, reach new users and strengthen its online presence.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and run paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Google to attract and engage users
Grow social presence through content, reels, stories and community interaction
Recruit and support affiliates with tools and guidance to promote BlinkBuy
Design and manage WhatsApp marketing campaigns including statuses, groups and broadcasts
Create graphics, short videos and captions in English and Kinyarwanda
Track clicks, signups, orders and ROI to optimise future strategies
Build partnerships with influencers, sellers and local creators

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

Must reside in Rwanda and already hold a BlinkBuy account
At least 1 year of proven digital marketing experience running successful online campaigns
Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads and Google Ads
Strong writing in English and Kinyarwanda
Own a smartphone and laptop and able to work independently
Data-driven approach to measuring and optimising campaigns
