• Lead and coordinate all student welfare and support services.
• Oversee student discipline, counselling and mentorship programmes.
• Coordinate student leadership structures, including the Student Guild and clubs.
• Ensure effective communication between students and University management.
• Promote a safe, inclusive and supportive campus environment.
• Oversee accommodation, health and other student support services where applicable.
• Advise management on matters of student development and welfare.
• Coordinate orientation programmes for new students.
• Handle student grievances and conflict resolution processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's degree in Education, Higher Education Management, Counselling, Social Sciences or a related field; a PhD is an added advantage.
• At least five years' experience in student affairs, student welfare, higher education administration or related work, part of it at supervisory level.
• Demonstrated experience in student leadership development, counselling and conflict management.
