Data Use Advisor, DART

• Design and implement a data-use and performance-improvement approach for national and subnational stakeholders
• Facilitate MOH-led data review meetings, district performance reviews, and data-use clinics
• Support use of dashboards for EMR adoption, reporting timeliness, and system performance
• Help teams translate evidence into prioritized improvement actions with owners and deadlines
• Support development of decision-oriented products for MOH leadership and program managers
• Coordinate with analytics and data quality teams on dashboard design
• Document learning, implementation lessons, and adaptive management decisions
• Strengthen local facilitation capacity for sustainable data-use processes

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in public health, health informatics, epidemiology, M&E, statistics, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in data use, performance improvement, M&E, or health systems strengthening
• Demonstrated experience facilitating data review meetings and quality-improvement processes

Skills & Competencies:

• Familiarity with DHIS2, EMRs, dashboards, and routine health data
• Strong facilitation, analytical, presentation, and stakeholder-engagement skills
• Professional fluency in English
