How to Apply
Reporting To Production Officer/ Business Unit Manager, The Successful Candidate Will;
Accurately enter and update data related to production, inventory and other relevant manufacturing processes into the company’s databases or information management systems.
Perform data verification and validation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Maintain data integrity by identifying and correcting errors or inconsistencies in the data.
Collaborate with other departments, such as production, logistics, and finance, to obtain necessary data and resolve data-related issues.
Generate reports and summaries based on the entered data for analysis and decision-making purposes.
Monitor data quality and identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies while handling sensitive information.
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of data management systems or tools.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices related to data entry and management.
Maintain the daily consumption track with system and physical and report on shift and daily basis.
Any other duties that maybe assigned from time to time by your supervisor.
Diploma or equivalent in computer science, information technology, or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience as a data entry clerk, data operator, or similar role.
Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) and data entry tools.
Familiarity with manufacturing processes and related data is an advantage.
Minimum 2 years relevant experience/ exposure in
Ability to handle large volumes of data and work in a fast-paced environment
