• Provide information strategy and architecture for the Bank that meets business and enterprise needs, delivering design blueprints.
• Design and guide the building of consistent cross-functional solutions that build enterprise data capability.
• Analyse and document requirements through interviews, workshops and surveys.
• Develop and maintain architectures that impact the Bank's Information Architecture across structured and unstructured data.
• Ensure solutions leverage enterprise data solutions that deliver reuse benefits across programmes.
• Lead the breakdown, planning and sequencing of business strategy into technology deliverables.
• Provide data engineering and data solution governance so that build components adhere to defined architecture.
• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies for data management, storage and analytics, including IoT, big data and artificial intelligence.
• Assess the current business framework for critical data deficiencies and recommend improvements in line with IT strategy.
• Coordinate integration architecture so project-based integration solutions align with enterprise integration standards, and develop conceptual, logical and physical data models.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related field of study.
• Professional certification in data, business analysis or architecture is an added advantage.
• At least 7 years' experience in data architecture, data engineering or enterprise information management.

Skills & Competencies:

• Data modelling across conceptual, logical and physical layers.
• Data governance, integration architecture and quality assurance knowledge.
• Knowledge of emerging data technologies including big data, IoT and AI platforms.
• Strong stakeholder analysis and documentation skills.
