Career Directions Limited (CDL), a leading Kenyan recruitment and talent consulting firm expanding into Rwanda, is recruiting 50 Customer Service Experts for its Kigali operations - a fast-paced customer support role assisting customers by phone, email or chat.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

Assist customers via phone, email or chat to resolve their issues effectively
Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with clients
Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer experience
Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement
Support team management in achieving customer satisfaction goals and service standards

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

Qualifications & Experience:

High school diploma
Less than 2 years of experience in customer service or related sectors
Fluent English (mandatory)
Rwandan nationality (mandatory)

Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
