How to Apply
Reporting To Outlet Sales Manager, The Successful Candidate Will.
Analyze and check all customer orders provided by sales section.
Coordinate with the manufacturing department on products required.
Generate customer sales orders and ensure timely loading processes.
Ensuring accurate and timely billing of customer orders.
Coordinating with sales team about stock status reports / updates.
Take custody of keeping and filling all records confidentially.
Oversee data entry in the enterprise resource application database.
Print customer’s orders and follow up with dispatch section on all related roles including stock verification.
Execute all administrative roles related to the job accordingly.
In liaison with Sales team, prepare daily and weekly activity / stock reports for submission to the Outlet Sales Manager.
Make customer invoices and print customer orders.
Any other duties assigned by the Outlet Sales Manager.

Higher Diploma or bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Administration or any other related field.
At least 2 years of relevant experience is required.
