Description (Public)
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure timely patient access to care by coordinating appointments to reduce waiting time
- Support patients during hospital visits by assisting with navigation, comfort, and special needs
- Collect and report patient feedback through surveys and identify areas for improvement
- Manage and address patient concerns promptly while escalating whenever necessary
- Implement service recovery strategies for dissatisfied patients
- Drive quality improvement initiatives by recommending and implementing service enhancements
- Perform additional duties to support hospital-wide patient experience efforts
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in a relevant field
- At least 1 year of relevant customer service experience
- Should preferably be between 22 – 27 years of age
- Must be willing and able to work with flexible schedules including night shifts
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in English
- Patient, empathetic, and committed to excellent service delivery
