Job Title: Customer Experience Supervisor

Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda
Purpose of the Role
The Customer Experience Supervisor will oversee the customer experience function at UBL to ensure that all customer interactions—from sales, installation, service, warranty handling to feedback—meet high standards of satisfaction and brand reputation. The role is responsible for leading a team, setting service standards, monitoring performance, resolving escalated issues, and driving continuous improvement in the customer journey.
