Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers, answering product and service enquiries.
- Handle customer complaints, queries and feedback professionally and escalate issues where required.
- Support customer retention by delivering excellent service at all touchpoints.
- Assist customers in locating products and provide information on promotions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and support front-line service operations.
- Support store teams during peak periods and promotions.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of O-Level Certificate (UCE) or equivalent for operational roles; Diploma or relevant qualification for supervisors and data entrants.
- Prior experience in retail, supermarket floor operations or customer service is a strong advantage.
Skills & Competencies:
- High level of integrity, good communication skills and teamwork.
- Readiness to work flexible retail shifts (8 work hours).
