Job Title: Crusher Operator

Location: 50km outside Kampala, Uganda
Contract Type: Full-Time
Job Description:
The Crusher Operator will be responsible for operating and monitoring the crushing and screening equipment at our aggregates production plant. The role includes ensuring optimal equipment performance, overseeing material flow, and maintaining safety standards at all times.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Operate and monitor primary and secondary crushing machines.
Ensure efficient flow of materials through the plant.
Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance.
Report malfunctions and assist maintenance personnel when needed.
Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental guidelines.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Previous experience operating crushing equipment in a mining or construction setting.
