Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintaining a register of service of court processes
- Processing simple correspondence under the legal registry
- Initiating the maintenance and update of the directorate’s diary of court matters
- Performing administrative and clerical duties
- Initiating the preparation of reports and updates on ongoing court matters concerning the Authority; and
- Participating in legal research to enhance legal services.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma in legal studies
- Be registered as a court process server
- Valid court process server license
- Proficiency in Computer Applications
