Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and cook dishes as assigned by the chef.
- Keep the cooking station clean, stocked and organised.
- Assist with plating and timely dispatch of orders.
- Store food correctly and follow hygiene rules.
- Support stock counting and report items running low.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
