- Shoot photos and short videos of dishes, the space and the team for social media.
- Write captions and post consistently on the cafe's social platforms.
- Plan a simple monthly content calendar aligned with promotions and new items.
- Engage with comments and messages and flag customer issues.
- Track reach, engagement and enquiries from content and report monthly.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok or Facebook for a brand.
- Comfort with smartphone or camera shooting and basic editing apps.
