Job Description
Receive, record, triage, and resolve customer queries promptly while maintaining quality standards.
Proactively contact customers with delayed payments and dormant users to minimize defaults and resolve pending issues.
Check post-sale satisfaction, capture customer/product data in company systems, and support retention.
Escalate urgent issues to call-center team managers; follow through to closure.
Build strong relationships across a diverse customer base; uphold professional, courteous communication.
Execute corrective actions to sustain service excellence; perform additional assigned tasks.

Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails/SMS per SOP and SLAs
Troubleshoot product/service issues; document cases and resolutions
Collections support: reach customers with delayed payments
Reactivation: engage dormant customers and resolve blockers
Post-sale satisfaction checks; retention actions
Raise/escalate management-level issues; report trends and insights
Maintain accurate records across applicable systems; data entry & basic Excel
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma; ≥ 1 year relevant experience
Customer assistance/service experience is an advantage
Basic Excel and data entry skills
Excellent verbal & written communication in English and Swahili
Professional, courteous, detail-oriented; able to multitask under deadlines
Flexible for shift work; thrives in fast-evolving environments
