• Make outbound calls to customers to meet given work targets.
• Receive inbound calls and resolve customer issues and support requests.
• Educate customers through welcome calls and onboarding processes.
• Handle complaints with empathy and follow up until issues are fully resolved.
• Explain the customer finance agreement and the customer's commitments clearly.
• Enter accurate and honest information into company data systems.
• Learn product details, specifications, prices and capabilities and give accurate information.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues with solar products and accessories.
• Support client retention through good relationship management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree or diploma in a relevant field from a recognised institution.
• Must speak at least two languages from: Rukonjo and Luganda; Ateso and Luganda; Nga'karimojong and Luganda; Japadhola and Luganda.
• Good computer skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
