Job Description
PalmPay is looking for a highly motivated Collection Supervisor to lead our debt recovery operations. The role involves managing a team of collection agents, implementing recovery strategies, and ensuring targets are met while maintaining professional customer standards.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the collection team.
- Develop and implement effective collection strategies to maximize recovery.
- Monitor agent performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
- Analyze collection data and prepare comprehensive reports for management.
- Ensure team compliance with all legal and regulatory guidelines for debt collection.
- Handle escalated customer issues and complex recovery cases.
