Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Follow up and collect overdue loan payments from clients.
- Visit clients in the field to carry out collections.
- Maintain accurate collection records and reports.
- Negotiate repayment plans with defaulting clients.
- Ensure compliance with company collection policies.
- Work closely with the credit team to minimise defaults.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- At least 2 years experience in loan collection.
- Diploma or degree in Business or Finance.
- Age between 25 and 30 years.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Negotiation and client follow-up.
- A valid driver's licence is an advantage.
