Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain correct cold room temperatures and storage conditions.
- Receive, sort, store and rotate perishable stock (first in, first out).
- Check product quality and freshness, removing spoiled items.
- Keep the cold room clean, organized and hygienic.
- Maintain stock records and support stock counts.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of O-Level Certificate (UCE) or equivalent for operational roles; Diploma or relevant qualification for supervisors and data entrants.
- Prior experience in retail, supermarket floor operations or customer service is a strong advantage.
Skills & Competencies:
- High level of integrity, good communication skills and teamwork.
- Readiness to work flexible retail shifts (8 work hours).
