Client Relations Officer

Description (Public)

The Client Relations Officer is the frontline link between NEMA and its clients, handling inquiries, applications and complaints, maintaining feedback records and promoting high standards of client care.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

Receive, log and route client inquiries, applications and complaints
Provide accurate information on NEMA licensing, environmental impact assessment and compliance processes
Handle front-desk, telephone and email client interactions professionally
Maintain the client feedback and complaints register and follow up resolution with technical departments
Prepare client service and feedback reports for management
Promote customer care standards across the Authority

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

Qualifications & Experience:

O and A level certificates
Bachelor's degree and postgraduate qualification transcripts and certificates where applicable
Professional certificates where applicable
Employment letters as evidence of experience
Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Business Administration or a related field

Skills & Competencies:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer care orientation and patience
Good record keeping and reporting skills
