Supervise civil and structural construction works for the Tilenga project, ensuring quality, safety and schedule compliance.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

Supervise structural civil works on the Tilenga project in the WP North area.
Inspect works against drawings, specifications and quality standards.
Monitor contractor progress, safety compliance and workmanship on site.
Coordinate site activities with other disciplines and report daily progress.
Ensure works comply with project health, safety and environmental requirements.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

Qualifications & Experience:

Degree in civil engineering or a related discipline.
At least three years of site supervision experience on oil and gas or major construction projects.
Knowledge of structural works quality standards and safety requirements.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong site supervision and reporting skills.
Ability to coordinate contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
Good communication and computer literacy.
