Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Translate documents, reports, emails and business communications accurately.
- Interpret between Mandarin Chinese and English in meetings and day to day work.
- Facilitate communication between Chinese management and Ugandan employees.
- Provide excellent communication and interpretation support across departments.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Chinese Language, Translation, Linguistics or a related field.
- Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English, spoken and written.
- Previous experience in translation or working with a Chinese company is an added advantage.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpretation skills.
- Accuracy in written translation.
