Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

Prepare a variety of Chinese dishes, including traditional meals.
Apply sound knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques, ingredients and food presentation.
Maintain high standards of food hygiene, kitchen cleanliness and food safety.
Work reliably and discipline in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

Qualifications & Experience:

Professional training or qualification in Culinary Arts, Food Production or a related field.
Sound understanding of Chinese cooking techniques, ingredients and food presentation.
Previous experience in a Chinese restaurant, hotel or company kitchen is an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

Reliable and disciplined.
Able to work in a multicultural environment.
