Minimum of 5 years of experience as a technician in a related field
Hold Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Advanced knowledge of technical equipment and tools
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
Strong leadership skills to manage a team of technicians
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and technical software
Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with other departments and clients.
