Lead and oversee all technical and maintenance operations to ensure the optimal functionality, safety, and appearance of the hotel—encompassing guest areas, back-of-house facilities, and plant operations. Includes both preventive and reactive tasks for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire safety, security, and related systems
