CDO-Sponsor Donor Relations

The program serves both refugee and host communities in the districts of Adjumani District, Moyo District, and Obongi District.

Manage and coordinate sponsor–child correspondence and communication.
Ensure timely preparation and submission of children’s reports and updates to sponsors.
Maintain accurate records of child development activities and sponsor relations.
Support implementation of child development and youth programs within the centre.
Work with program staff to ensure quality program delivery and accountability.
Participate in community outreach and child protection activities.

Must be a Mature Bom-again Christian with sound testimony;
A minimum of a Degree in; Development Studies, Social Work, Education, Child Development and Children’s Ministry, Business Administration, Social Sciences or Community psychology.
Formal training in biblical studies, counseling and child development will be an added advantage.
Skills in Project Planning and Management will be an added advantage.
Should be Computer Literate and competent in basic computer packages.
Good written communication ability and basic organizational skills.
Willing to work in rural setting
