Dolomite Financial Services, a UMRA-supervised microfinance institution, is recruiting cashiers for its Mubende and Kiboga branches. The role sits within microfinance and branch operations, handling front-line cash transactions with clients accurately and professionally.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

Handle client cash deposits, withdrawals and repayments accurately at the branch counter
Verify transaction documents and maintain complete, accurate records of all cash movements
Reconcile till balances at the start and end of each day and report any discrepancies promptly
Deliver friendly, professional service to clients and respond to routine account queries
Support day-to-day branch operations and any other duties assigned by the branch supervisor

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

Qualifications & Experience:

Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Agriculture, Law, Education, Accounting, Marketing, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Microfinance, Commerce, IT or a related field

Skills & Competencies:

Highly motivated with relevant skills and training in cash handling
Strong numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail
Integrity and reliability in handling client funds
Good communication and customer service skills
