Cashier

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Handle cash, card, and mobile money payments and issue receipts to customers.
• Perform daily cash reconciliations and end-of-day cash counts.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales transactions throughout the shift.
• Ensure the cashier station is clean, organised, and well-stocked at all times.
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service at the point of sale.
• Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and company policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Certificate in a related field (Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Business, or equivalent).
• At least 2–3 years' experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role.
