Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate records of financial activities at the branch level.
- Assist clients with basic banking inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure that all cash operations comply with internal financial policies and regulations.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Person Specifications / Qualifications:
- Degree /Diploma in Business Administration, Education, Accounting, Marketing, Development studies, social sciences, Microfinance, commerce, IT or any other related field.
