• Track and report on business development activity, pipeline status and revenue targets.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities.
• Support leadership in defining and refining the agency's growth strategy.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in business development, sales or account management.
• Experience within a creative, marketing or communications agency is an added advantage.
